Multimail started from a story, just an idea. Turning that story into a system gave birth to this SaaS.

In Busy Company LTD, there is a very busy director called "Bob", his email is bob@busycompany.com.

In Accountancy 123 LTD, there is an email account called "invoices@accountancy123.com" and another email account called "info@accountancy123.com".

Agency ABC has 2 staff members, one is called "Mr Happy employee" and one is called "Mr Sad employee".

Both log in to the SaaS product to manage emails and collaborate.

Agency ABC's owner is called "Mr Rich".

Mr Rich logs into the dashboard and creates users called Mr Happy and Mr Sad.

9 Technology Group approached Nukta Solutions with a clear but complex vision: they wanted to build a system that could help businesses manage a huge volume of customer emails efficiently, securely, and with team collaboration in mind.
Most businesses rely heavily on emails for communication, but as companies grow, their inboxes become crowded and chaotic. Teams often share credentials to manage a single mailbox, which creates security risks and limits accountability. There was no easy way to delegate, comment, or collaborate on specific emails. 9 Technology wanted to change that!
