UI/UX Designer

This is a high-ownership, on-site role with the potential to grow into the company's Chief Product Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, analyze and research to define user needs and project goals.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Maintain and expand design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Conduct research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- A creative thinker with strong attention to details.
- Ability to design intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences.
- 2 to 4 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Prior product design experience and experience working on real-world projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc. is an added advantage.
- Certification from Google, IxDF, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Figma is a must.
- Skills in Photoshop/Illustrator are a bonus.

- Salary Range: 25,000 - 40,000 BDT (based on skills and experience)
