Are you a results-driven digital marketer with proven success in growing software or IT brands?

Nukta Solutions is hiring a Marketing Executive who can take full ownership of our marketing — from strategy to execution. You'll lead efforts to promote both our custom software services and in-house digital products.

This is a high-ownership, on-site role with potential to grow into the company's future Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and products globally.
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, X, and others.
Grow and maintain our brand presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
Write and manage SEO-optimized content — blogs, case studies, landing pages, social content.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
Ensure brand consistency in design, messaging, and voice.
Manage your own workload and lead or collaborate with a team as needed.

Qualifications

A marketing-related degree is preferred, but not required for candidates with proven experience and strong results.
Must have real success records in digital marketing for a software or IT agency.
Good understanding of custom web application development, including SaaS platforms, CRMs, LMSs, EMRs, websites, and scalable web/mobile apps.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content writing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing for B2B and B2C.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, X, and analytics tools.
Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
Ability to lead and manage independently without micro-management.
Experience with Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.

Probation Period: 3 months
Salary Range: 30,000 - 45,000 BDT (depending on skills and experience)
